'You don't have access' for a shared link
A link was shared to my business Dropbox account. When clicking the link I'm taken to a "You don't have access page", where it says I'm signed in on my personal account.
Both the web browser and the desktop application show I am signed in to my business account.
How do I fix this?

Hi pfredrickson, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you clarify where you see that you were signed into your personal account for the shared link, while at the same time being signed into your Dropbox Business account?
This will help me to assist further!

Could you try signing out of your personal account on the site, then sign into the work account, and then click the link?
