Can I purchase 1 more TB for my Plus account to reach 4TB?

1 year agoHi @AndreaK88, and thanks for posting on our Community today.
When saying that youâd need to select a Professional account for 3 users, are you referring to our Dropbox team plans perhaps?
Iâm asking because we also have a Professional plan indeed, which is designed for individual users, and gives by default 3TB of space (so, with your space add-on, youâd have 4TB in total).
Let me know if that helps.

Thank you for your quick response. I had indeed seen the "professional plan", but I did not know that my 1 TB add-on from my "Plus account" would then move with me. If so, that would be enough. Does the Professional plan also have the option to add another extra TB later?

Hi Nancy, can you clarify if you can only increase limits with a max of 1tb ? so Plus would have a ceiling of 3tb and Professional would have a ceiling of 4tb ?? or can you keep buying 1tb units so you could have a 10tb Professional account for example ?
Thanks in advance

Hey tenorphoto! The 1TB is a one-time add-on indeed, meaning you can only purchase it once for your Dropbox account and increase its space to 3TB (for Plus) and 4TB (for Professional).
