Dropbox shows 305% usage due to backup, but I don't see any files being backed up.
Dropbox currently shows 305% usage, when I check the storage it shows that everything (~80GB) is stored in Backup. When I open Backup application, however, it shows Size: 0 bytes, Number of files: 0.
What can I do? How can I make my dropbox empty again?

Hey M647v! Hope you’re doing well.
Can you send me a screenshot of the Dropbox usage you’re seeing on your end?
Other than that, I’d like a visual of your Backups page, as well.
Keep me in the loop for any updates.

Thanks for that! This is quite interesting indeed.
Can you also click on the “Manage backups” option from the Backups page and send me one more screenshot of what you see then?
I’d like to investigate this further.

Sure. I have these two options:
Clicking on open backup settings does nothing - I'm guessing it would open the dropbox app if I had one installed.

Thanks for the heads up M647v!
Interesting. If you access your home page, do you see any files/folders there or does your account look empty?

It's all empty indeed.

Hi M647v, I was waiting for your confirmation, in order for me to send you the email.
I just created a new one on my end for you. Reply back to me, and we'll take it from there.
Thanks!
