Email telling me I'm out of space and syncing has stoped, but I'm not.

I keep getting an email every few days telling me I'm out of space and syncing has stoped, but I'm not, and it hasn't.

Dropbox works as normal, but I keep getting the e-mails. What gives?

Screenshot of space remaining in my profile:

Screenshot of e-mail:

The e-mail is genuine and not, like I first thought given I know I'm not out of storage, a scam. Links go to the proper dropbox domain etc.

What gives?

Thanks,
Ben.

    Hi,

    I'm the OP.
Just to let you know, I'm now starting to get these e-mails again this week after a good run of not getting them for a few months. Whatever Dropbox did behind the scenes has been undone!

Plenty of space left in my dropbox (4.5gb still available) but every morning I get the e-mail warning I'm full.

Yes; it's the correct account. Yes; it says I have plenty of free space on the web interface.

    Thanks.
