I am getting errors "not enough disc space" and the computer is having issues.

I have DropBox Plus.. Expired for a couple weeks before it was renewed. 
Now that it is renewed I am receiving errors "not enough disc space" and the computer is having issues. 
Sounds like I am going to lose the ability to use Drop Box on my computer?  
Can I access it from my computer but everything lives online??
