I can't access my files, after my Dropbox account went over-quota

I needed to sign a form that was sent in Dropbox. Now Dropbox has taken over every single file and photo on my phone, laptop and Gmail AND says I need to buy more space before I can view the file that is due today. I have been trying extract this app for two weeks and now cannot even access my google drive, photos, etc.
Not cool. Feels like extortion.

    Thanks for posting here, rmtbylani

It sounds like you’ve uploaded your files to Dropbox, which has caused your Dropbox account to go over-quota.

Even in this case though, you can still access all of your files here. Are you having any issues when trying to access this page?

Also, do you want to remove the Dropbox app from your mobile device, your laptop or both?

Let me know, and we’ll go from there.
