Solved

I've deleted many files from my account, but I'm still over-quota.

I deleted a bunch of files but it still says I have over 7gb. That hasn't been updated and I can't use the scan feature because I'm over the limit

  • Hi robpet, hope you’re doing well and thanks for your post.

Have you checked your Backups page here to make sure there aren’t any files taking up your Dropbox space?

If that’s not the case, I’d like a screenshot of what you see at your Plan page here.

    Keep me updated.

I didn’t know I had backups. Thanks for the info and fix!
