I didn't receive the referral space to my Dropbox account.

Hi,

[removed per Community Guidelines] signed in on my referral request, but the bonus space is not promised tro my account? Can you please look after it?

    As a first step, I’d recommend looking at this Community post, in case some of the scenarios there apply to you. 

    Other than that, have you already reached out to our support team perhaps? Since we don't have any account visibility here on the forum, I can check any ticket number(s) you may have and go from there.

    I don't meet these scenarios, so how do I contact your helpdesk? It seems they're too well protected. I've tried everything and ended up here. How can I contact the Dropbox Helpdesk directly?
