I removed all my files, but I'm still using 30 GB on my 2.25 GB of quota, why?

Hi colleagues,

I have problem with storage capacity. I already moved all documents from my dropbox, but the system always indicates full storage 30gb of 2,25gb.

How can I solve this problem? Should I reinstall dropbox from my computer or are there any other possibillities to solve that?

Thank you for all up-coming ideas.

You can check the quota usage on your account from this page, which will be able to see where your quota is being used.
