I'm told I'm running out of space, but I have no files on my Dropbox account.

Received this email from dropbox. I have a basic account with nothing in my Dropbox folder

"A quick note: We’re reaching out to notify you of your limited Dropbox capacity"

Why am I getting this message.

George

Did you open both drives that appear on your Backups page and there are no files within? I’m asking because one of the drives (“NewFiles_Main”) seems to contain 4.7GB of data inside.

Hey georgemaciel! Hope you’re doing well and thanks for posting here.

Have you checked your Backups page online? There could be files there that are taking up your Dropbox storage.

If there are, you can delete them this way.

Let me know what you find.
