3 years agoHi swag, first of all thanks for all the patience you've shown, and keep in mind that what we want to do on our end, is help you get to the bottom of this.
Therefore, I think it's a good idea that we switch to email in order for us to gather some additional info, and have some more visibility to this, in order to investigate.
Would that be okay?
