My account is full

Hello, During December, I mistakenly activated an additional volume offer on my basic user offer. I am entitled to 2go and 3.75 bonus; I only use 2.2 GB but Dropbox announces 7.5 GB and asks me to go to 9 GB. Except now I can't go back on this bug and find myself with a blocked account for synchronization. How to do because I tried to send a message to the Contact service but no return. Do you have a track to make a return to Dropbox, thanks to the community,
