Referral ineligible

Hi Team,   I've referred my mum to dropbox and helped her sign in on a family laptop to share bills and files.    The referral status is ineligible, could you please check this?    Thanks...

    That would make it ineligible as each referral must install Dropbox on a unique computer (one never having Dropbox before).

Just to clarify, have you used Dropbox on the same laptop in the past? 

 

Also, did she create a brand new Dropbox account?
