Referral sent to a friend marks as inelegible

I sent a request to a friend for them to install Dropbox. They followed all the process steps and were awarded 259mb. On my account against their referral email, it is marked as ineligible.

I have been a dropbox user for many years but this is ny first adventure on the community!
I am a Trustee for a charity and the Trustees are looking for a place to save shared files. I am proposing Dropbox (initillay as a basic account) and so referred them [personal information removed as per Community Guidelines] from my dropbox but it says we are inelligble for the extra 500G due to my setting it up on the same computer (even though 5 others will also be using it).
I think that dropbox support need to deal with this but I cannot find a way to communciate to support as a basic user.
Any help would be much appreciated
