Referral shows up as ineligible
Hi, there. This is Imran again.
Throughout this year, I have successfully referred several friends to Dropbox. However, for some reason, when they complete the entire sign-up process and download the application, their status often shows as "ineligible" in my referral dashboard.
I am very grateful to the Dropbox support team, as they have resolved this problem for me in the past. Unfortunately, I am encountering the same issue again and would appreciate your assistance in investigating and correcting the tracking for my recent referrals.
