Referrals ineligible

Hello,   I have at least 4 people that have accepted and downloaded DB from my invitations. AFTER they did, DB suddenly marked them as ineligible. I want my space. Please help.

This may mean that the recipient already has an account with Dropbox, or that the recipient is attempting to register with the same computer as you. also if they download the dropbox on their phone , this is not counting

    Hello,

     

    None of them already have DB but2 of them downloaded on the same PC (but different user accounts).
