Referrals ineligible
Hello,
I have at least 4 people that have accepted and downloaded DB from my invitations. AFTER they did, DB suddenly marked them as ineligible. I want my space. Please help.

I was registering my parents to be able to save their pictures on dropbox. As a bonus i get 500mb extra space. It went well with my first parent but the next turned out ineligible in error. I had the bright idea to use my phone because their phones are set to Spanish which isn't easy for me but can someone fix this please?

Yeah I was able to register him with his own email and was able to install the app to his android phone but it stayed as ineligible. It was with his own email address. The whole time its and he's never had a dropbox account before

I have a question with 2 referrals where one still just says "invitation sent" (but the person showed me that she's using it) and the other (sent at about the same time at the end of 2022) had also said "invitation sent," where he thought he was all setup, but wasn't sure, so we tried again and now it has changed to "Ineligible" and the date changed to today. Can we get credit for these? I believe they meet all the requirements: new Dropbox accounts and installs on Windows.
