Shared Folder won't upload
My boss tried to share a folder with me and I keep getting a message that says my Dropbox is full. So I cleaned out a lot of files and have plenty of space now, but when I try to get the shared folder, it still says I have no space. Any idea what's going on? I need to get access to this folder.
Above is what I'm using. And I checked with my boss that the folder does not have many documents in it.
Hi Jay, I think it was empty. Not entirely sure though. He just made another folder and shared it with me and I was able to get to that one.

Hi SGordin, thanks for messaging the Community!
How large is the shared folder you're trying to add to your account?
Is it greater than your total free quota on your account?
This will help me to assist further!
