Shared Page and Plan Page Don't Agree
Could someone clarify why the Shared page and Plan page don't agree? Shared shows everything that's been shared with the account, right? Which by what's shown on screen is something like 1.7 GB....

3 years agoWe appreciate the feedback, it seems like the site was rounding it to 1 GB since it wasn't at least 1.5 GB.

I think the real issue is this: why does anyone have to do anything to see the folder sizes on the All Files view?
The baseline concept here is the storage of data, and clearly Dropbox is certain down the bit how much there is in any account. Hiding it feels duplicitous... I've lost pay over this.
"How are we doing?" surveys about a company are common, and they always have that "how likely would you be to recommend us to a friend or colleague?" question. I almost always answer this with the lowest possible score, because I'm an adult, and 99% of folks I know are adults, and they can make their own minds up, regardless of how happy I am with a company, so I'm not likely to recommend them. But should I be faced with rating Dropbox in such a way, it'll be the lowest possible score for very different reasons...
