Weâve tried that. If there is anything in the folder,she canât upload to it without the âout of spaceâ error message.

3 years agoHey DebDamm, sorry to jump in here, but have you considered using a file request instead of a shared folder?
This way, your client will be able to upload to your own account without impacting their own quota.
- DebDamm3 years agoExplorer | Level 4Hi Walter, I have not. Havenât used file requests before. Will this allow her to download the files after I edit (download, edit, then upload to DB) them? ( I am a photo editor and she is a photographer)

Ah no, file requests will only allow her to upload files to your account. If you need to give them view only access after your edits, you can share a link with view only rights to the folder with her to avoid impacting her own quota.
