Team members seem to be using 0B, even though they access content larger than that.
Hi i have a subscription for my users on dropbox. They are able to upload and download files how ever their usage still reads 0 bytes. Why would that be so? and at what point do we see a change in usage size?

Hi Radx, thanks for posting today!
Assuming that they are uploading files to your Dropbox account, which sounds like it's a Business team from your description, then the quota should change.
Are they uploading directly to the site, or using the desktop or mobile app? What does the quota usage show on this page?
This will help me to assist further!

They are mostly using the desktop app. We are using 0.9TB of 5TB. Some users are showing that they are using space others its the 0 bytes

Could you attach a screenshot showing this information from a user experiencing this issue on your team?

So that is the screenshot, and we are contemplating removing the 0 bytes users from the subscription since it appears they aren't using any of the space at all.

Thanks for the image, there's two possibilities here. Either those users aren't using any data, so they're using up a license without contributing any data.
Another idea is that they're not signed into their own accounts, somehow, and they're using another person's email to login to Dropbox. It's unlikely, but still a chance it could happen.

Members of the standard team License appear to be using 0 bytes but are able to access large folders more than 2GB what causes that

Hey Radx, welcome back to our forum.
Did you get the chance to check Jay’s post above about your request in March?

Hi Jay. I saw your reply to someone's question regarding storage showing as 0bytes. We have the same issue and the member who is showing as 0bytes is one of two who saves files constantly, so this can't be the case and they are signed in with their email. They are having issues with Dropbox loading on their laptop recently. But are working on the group folder eveyday using their office PC. I have attached a screenshot.

Hey pmcclave, thanks for the nudge here.
Do you see the same thing if you login to your admin account from a different browser or a private browsing window?
