What's the "Introduction" that the site offers to get free storage space?

Hey, im relatively new to Dropbox and i have the following question: what's the "Introduction" that the site offers to get a storage space bonification?

I'm not being able to find that besides these guides, but first i don't think those are what I'm looking for, and second I finished reading the basic guide and it didn't give me nothing.
