Why does my recent Dropbox referral show up as ineligible?

Hi, 

 I've noticed that the latest referral in my Dropbox account is marked as "Ineligible", but I believe this may be an error. Is there any way to review the referral status and let me kno...

Hi rostyslavudovenko, thanks for contacting us.

If a referral is showing as ineligible on the Dropbox site, then it should mean that the referral user attempted to activate the referral from the same computer as your current computer or network.

Is this a possibility for that user when they activated that specific referral?

This will help me to assist further!
