Referral shows as ineligible. What can I do?

Hi, many people have experienced this issue before. I joined DropBox using an invitation sent from the same IP address, but the status shows as ineligible. Is there a solution?

Yeah, this happens sometimes if the invite came from the same IP or device, it can look like you're referring yourself. Best bet is to contact Dropbox support and explain the situation. They might be able to sort it for you.
