Why does my referral show as ineligible?
Hi, I just referred a new user to dropbox, they are new to dropbox and have set-up the account but now my referral is showing as 'Ineligible' - please advise why this is?

I am writing to seek clarification regarding an issue I encountered with the Dropbox referral program. Recently, I referred several of my office colleagues—none of whom had previously used Dropbox—to install the service via my referral link. Initially, the referrals appeared as "Waiting for install" in my account. However, after they completed the installation, the status changed to "Ineligible."
Since all the referred individuals were new users and followed the installation steps, I am confused about why they were marked as ineligible. Could you kindly assist me in understanding the possible reasons for this issue and guide me on how to resolve it?

Can you check Hannah's response here, and confirm to me if the user you're referring to has done any of these?
Could you be sharing the same IP address/WiFi connection? In any case, I'd be more than happy to switch to email communication in order for me to check a few additional things.
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
