Why is my quota shows as 2 GB when I have 10 GB in total?

Why am I getting a message that I'm out of storage space when I'm not?  I'm using 6.6gb, but when I go to my account in the lower left it says I'm on a 2gb account.  However, if I look in the upper right, it says I'm using 6.6gb of 10gb.  I thought I have a 10gb account so not sure why I'm getting these messages about storage space?

Yes, thanks carlitobklyn! Now, if you go to your Plan page, how much usage do you see there?

Feel free to send me one more full screenshot of what you see, and I’ll have a look.

I'd like to double check that you're seeing the same usage everywhere.

    Thanks for the screenshot, carlitobklyn.

You probably received this email, because you're very near your quota limit, but feel free to ignore it if you want.

I think the system that generates these emails doesn't take referral or other bonus space into consideration. Others on the Basic plan have received them as well when they weren't over their total quota, but were over their base quota. Just speculation...

I can ignore them going forward, it's that the verbiage in the emails (and the number I'm receiving), in the context of seeing that graphic that shows me as being over the limit, was scary.
