Hi Mark,
I have been clicking around trying to get help to help me rectify a situation that I am having with my Dropbox account. I was using Dropbox successfully. I then tried to sync my iPhone with my Dropbox account on my desktop and now nothing works. It has been impossible for me to get anyone representative from Dropbox. In other words I have not been able to find a phone number or a live chat session for me to connect with the. I am a little desperate here. Thank You! [Removed as per Community Guidelines]

2 years agoHi Frog21, currently, we only provide incoming phone support for team admins of Dropbox Business subscriptions.
What is the exact issue you're experiencing regarding the syncing of files between the desktop and the mobile device? Do files uploaded directly to the site appear on both devices?
