Can't login on my phone
Dropbox stopped working on my android phone. Tried a different network but still wouldn't work/sync/etc. Uninstalled and re-install it onto the phone. Now I can't login. I get the following message....

Solved it myself.
I installed it, clear the phone's memory, turned off the phone. Then when I turned the phone back on, re-installed Dropbox. It worked, and I was able to finally login.

Successfully installed & used password app on my Win10 laptop and my old Galaxy phone for 2 weeks. I am having issues logging in on my new Pixel 5. New phone sends notification to laptop but gets an error message after I confirm on the laptop. Error message reads “Oops! An error has occurred, please try again later.”
I have uninstalled, cleared temp files, restarted & reinstalled multiple times.

Could you try signing in to the mobile app on your Pixel 5 device from another WiFi network or by using cellular data?

Thanks for giving that a try nonetheless.
Could you also make sure that you meet the minimum requirements to install and run the mobile app?
Also, have a look at your Support options for contacting out team.
