Downgraded Dropbox to basic and accidentally deleted entire Dropbox folder from my D Drive
I thought it was a full backup, not the actual folder. I see all the files (580GB) on Dropbox online. Can I download the whole lot in one go?
Are they safe or will Dropbox delete them forever? ...

3 years agoHi Dondon1975, I'm not entirely certain we're on the same page, but I'm here to help as much as possible.
It seems based on your latest messages that you're not referring to our Backup, but that you're missing some files, right?
You can confirm that you're looking at a newly created account by taking a look at your events page. Do you see any signs of your files there?
What about your deleted files page?
