Dropbox app won't open on Windows 11

Hello all

 

I am running Dropbox on Windows 11 and the app will not open. When I click on it, the hour glass appears for approx 3 seconds then disappears, then nothing. I have tried uninstall, restart computer, reinstall, firewall off, all with no result. 

 

Any thoughts would be much appreciated
