6 years agoHello Blinick, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this!
Could you just try using an incognito browsing window to see if there's any difference there? This will help rule out most browser related issues.
If you still receive the same error, could you please send a screenshot of the error message?
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
- Blinick6 years agoHelpful | Level 5Hi Daphne,
Thanks for the message. Unfortunately as I can only reach this page via mobile, I only see a place to enter text so I cannot send a screenshot but here is all the text that appears (from incognito): (the only two buttons are “back to safety” and “show/hide advanced”)
Your connection is not private

NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID
dropbox.com normally uses encryption to protect your information. When Google Chrome tried to connect to dropbox.com this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. This may happen when an attacker is trying to pretend to be dropbox.com, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Google Chrome stopped the connection before any data was exchanged.
You cannot visit dropbox.com right now because the website uses HSTS. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later.- Daphne6 years ago

Thanks for getting back to me here Blinick!
A screenshot of this would be best, as the visual is very helpful in these circumstances.
Since you're using your mobile, you can take a screenshot or picture of the error, and create a shared link to the file.
You can just paste the link here since you can't attach it in your reply directly.
