Hope you donât mind, if I jump in here, td47. I checked this with our team in the meantime, and they also confirmed that this is a third-party issue, and not one directly related to Dropbox.
What you can try instead is to download the Dropbox app via the Microsoft Store, as it shouldnât contain vulkan-1.dll.

Hannahâ thanks for passing the comments on.
I just wanted to confirm that uninstalling the standard desktop Dropbox program, and installing the Microsoft Store version DID fix this issue, both on my Windows 10 laptop, and my Windows 11 Desktop PC.
So thanks for pointing that out, it IS a viable solution.
