Hope you donât mind, if I jump in here, td47. I checked this with our team in the meantime, and they also confirmed that this is a third-party issue, and not one directly related to Dropbox.
What you can try instead is to download the Dropbox app via the Microsoft Store, as it shouldnât contain vulkan-1.dll.

Theresaâ I tend to use Dropbox as a basic cloud storage service, along with OneDrive, and Google Photos, to spread the storage load. Important docs and photos get backed up locally on external/large disks, as I don't like to rely ONLY on Cloud Storage, as it is "someone else's computer"!. I DO like the shareability features in Dropbox, though, as some friends share pictures with us.
