Dropbox Desktop does not install in computer with Windows 11 Pro

Dropbox for Desk top downloads but does not install. Error message comes saying, "There is no internet connection" This is baffling. This seems to bemore than 2 year old problem but not fixed for this long. What to do?

    Most likely there's something on your computer or network that's blocking access to Dropbox. Try to temporarily disable any antivirus or firewall that may be active and try again.
