Yes, exactly: after reinstalling the Dropbox application I am still getting the notification. I have tried reinstalling both by following the "Get started" steps and by downloading a fresh installer from the Dropbox website.

3 years agoHi grantbarrett, happy Monday!
It might sound trivial, but have you tried restarting your device, then starting all over once the device is up and running?

have done everything.
Don't give excuses.
I think this issue is beyond your area of expertise.

Yes, I have definitely restarted the device as part of the troubleshooting process, and for other reasons, to no avail. I have now followed the "Get started" steps at least a half-dozen times, including after restarts. I also restarted after uninstalling the software and before reinstalling from scratch.

Hello, I have the same issue and I see you are sending private emails with solutions. Could I get one too?

Same issue with my MacBook running MacOS 13.4. I chatted with support last week and received an email with a ticket number #22254132. I haven't heard back yet but would love some help. Thanks!

You are more lucky than me, I didn't get any mail and neither answer here and the popup keeps bothering every day 😞
Please let us know if somebody writes you back 👏
