Dropbox unexpectedly quit on Mac
I'm receiving a message Dropboxb unexpectedly quit and even after a restart of Dropbox the app does not open. If I try to manually open the App it opens, tries to sync fails, and then restarts. MacOS Ventura(13.1 (22C65) Intel. Anyone else having issues?
I manually installed 168.2.466 and the app seems stable now.

Welcome back to the forum, cme2!
Did you start having this issue after an update on your device/Dropbox app perhaps?
What’s the current app version that your Dropbox app is running?
Let me know, and we’ll take it from there.

Hey rmundell, could you clarify the version of the Dropbox desktop app installed on your computer at the moment and your computer's OS version?

a few minutes after starting, i get an error saying that dropbox unexpectedly quit. I have tried reinstalling it, but get the same message. This only happens on my Macbook Pro. it runs fine on the windows computers, but doesnt show any of the files i have saved from my macbook.

Thanks for the update here, rmundell.
Can you take a look at the troubleshooting steps for this error here, to see if anything helps?

Hi rmundell, thanks for the info. I'd recommend contacting the support team directly for them to assist further on this matter.

the reason I came to the community, which is the third option on the support list, is because clicking on the live chat option appears to do nothing. I am able to go to live chats on other sites, so I dont think it relates to browser settings on this computer.
