Dropbox won't start on my Mac and I've done all the things, please help

I updated dropbox and now it won't open on my Mac. I reinstalled the OS, updated to the latest OS, my device is in the Dropbox security list,  and I downloaded Dropbox (4 times!) installed and it won...

Hey Sitchko, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

This appears to be a different error message, but let's see what we can find.

 

Did the migration of the Dropbox folder complete successfully, before you started getting this error? Is the Dropbox folder currently in ~/Library/CloudStorage?

 

If you hover your mouse over your Dropbox icon, what exactly do you see?

    Yes, the process was successful

    oh, nope, it's empty

    I can't launch Dropbox app, so there is no icons in top bar.

      Can you try a more advanced reinstall of the Dropbox app, to see if that helps?
