How can I sign into the desktop app on Mac?
I finally realized that I was using the incorrect email address to log in to my existing dropbox account. I've downloaded the desktop app for mac. When I launch the app, it appears that I'm not signed in and now I can't locate the sign in dialogue box

Hi charmy1, thanks for contacting us!
You should be able to view the sign in window when clicking the Dropbox desktop application icon in the menu bar.
Does the screen prompt you to sign in?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

Thanks for your reply. Everything works fine on my iphone but I did notice a very old email address (that I’m certain I changed a few years ago) popped up as my username (saved on my phone) when signing in just now. I think I’ve just ‘created’ a dropbox account on my macbook but it’s not actually signing in to my existing dropbox if that makes sense. It would be great if you (dropbox) could contact me directly so that we could talk this through please - Nancy2 years ago

Hey charmy1! Sorry to jump in.
So, if I get this right, you’re logged in to the wrong Dropbox account on your computer, correct?
In this case, you can just log out of the Dropbox app and sign back in with these steps.
Let me know if I’ve misunderstood, though.
