Hi everyone,
We're testing out some changes in v182 (currently in beta) that should hopefully help with this. Let us know if you continue to run into problems.
Thanks

Hi Hannah, sorry for the delay in my response. I've been completely redoing my computer from scratch since my post and now I have a different problem with the new rebuild - Dropbox will not install, not matter what I try. It gets the error code 0x800b0003. I have tried everything in your on-line tutorials even down to the smallest thing, and I still get the same error code. I connected with Dropbox chat last Friday and they bumped me up to a tech person who I haven't had contact from except to get the type of system today. I am getting angsty waiting to have my documents on my computer - and can't image why there are so many issues with dropbox and am wondering if I should rethink it. I love it but this is hard to deal with.
