Solved

I installed the Dropbox app on a new MacBook Pro, but the context menu is missing.

Just upgraded to a new MacBook Pro and migrated everything over from the old laptop. Now after logging in to the Dropbox desktop app and syncing all the media, the right click menu is nowhere to be found. Tried restarting, reinstalling, logging in and out and more.

Hey voltroner, thanks for the heads up!

I noticed that you have what seems to be a team account, and a personal one. Do you notice the same behavior when accessing both of those?

If it's not too much of a trouble, could you try an advanced reinstall, and check in with me once it's done?

Same issue here running 15.5 and dropbox 228.3.5456 on mac studio m1 max and having the (also a team account), when clicking the dropbox icon in the top menu bar I no longer get the dropdown menu that shows sync status of files. Dropbox seems to be working, and I can right click it to get to settings, but the menu no longer opens to show the list of files syncing which I used allll the time.
