I keep getting a pop-up asking me to install Dropbox when I already have it installed

I have had Dropbox loaded on my mac for years and now all of sudden, I am constantly getting a popup window asking me to install Dropbox.  When I do nothing happens or a get a message that Dropbox is already installed on my computer.  Using an Intel MacBook Pro w/ MacOS 14.5

 

Can anyone tell me how to fix that problem?
