iPhotos no longer working with iCloud on my iMac after updating dropbox
How do move my iPhotos library to a local folder on my iMac so that it once again syncs with iCloud. I need my iPhone to synch with my apps through iCloud.

Sorry I have tried a number of different ways to send you a screenshot but they either get the reply :

Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.

AND I can't find any other email link that allows me to send you screenshots from within the drop box community.

Hey Steve A.15!
You don’t need to email us your screenshot, in order to add it in this thread.
All you need to do is click on the small camera icon that should be showing above your message box, right before you post your reply here on the forum.

Thanks for keeping in touch, I appreciate it. When I try to access my iPhoto library I just get this. I can't access iPhotos. I want to be able to access my iPhone photos on my iMac so that I can put my iPhone photos into separate folders on my iMac which is what I used to be able to do before the latest DropBox OS update

Hi Steve A.15, you'll need to locate the iPhoto library and move it back onto your home folder on your Mac, if it's still in the Dropbox folder.
Since the recent Mac OS Dropbox update, it isn't possible to have the Photo library on Dropbox or other cloud providers.

Thanks for your comments.
I have attached my iPhotos library and its position in dropbox. It doesn't drag, I can't cut it , it doesn't allow right click copy and paste. Have you any idea how I can move it back to my iMac?

Hey Steve!
This is actually the Photos tab in your Dropbox account online, which is a place that will show you all the photos that are currently stored in your Dropbox account (regardless of the location they're stored in).
You'd need to do this from the local Dropbox folder on your computer instead. Are you able to find your iPhotos library there?

I have found this in 'camera up loads' but last week's photos are not there. Is this where my camera photos will appear why are ther none from last week. Is there normally a delay as long as this before photos appear?

You enabled the Camera Uploads feature on your Dropbox mobile app, right?
If you open the Dropbox app, do you see that the app is trying to upload these missing photos?
Or do you perhaps see any error messages?

Yes Camera uploads is on. It looks like it trying to upload but has been on the same file for the last hour.

I have reconnected 'Photos 'to my computer to see if that makes a difference but it is now asking me to install the drop box App onto my iMac when I already have it on there. Shall I re-install any way?
