Online-only not working in Surface Pro 11 (Snapdragon version)
Recently I went back to Dropbox having read that it now works with Snapdragon Windows versions, but currently I have a significant issue.
I cannot have any online-only file in my SP11, thus I cannot have all Dropbox files in my device.
I have this in the main DP screen:
Then I go to "Manage hard disk space", select folders and make online-only. In less than a second I get the message they are online-only, but they aren't.
Any idea how to solve this? Thanks in advance.
Hi everyone! The issue has now been fixed.
If you haven't done so yet, please ensure that you're running the latest stable version available, and if the behavior persists for you, please report back so that we can log a help request for further review.

Has there been any updates so far? It has been so many months and more Dropbox users on ARM are facing this problem.

I also have the same problem on a Samsung Book4 Edge with Snapdragon(R) X Elite - X1E80100 - Qualcomm(R) Oryon(TM) CPU 3.42 GHz
I also get the Installation failed error.
Please notify when a solution is available.
Thanks

Apparently I am having the same issue as well. In my case I had to do a cloud reset for a different issue as per MS support. Before I did the reset I had no issue with it. Now I get the same message that the others have mentioned
