Hi Megan,
Thank you for the update. Reinstalling Dropbox seems to have done the trick, the context menu is back and I have the Cloud API version still (225.4.4896).
On the downside, despite the folder location being the same it needed to redownload a huge amount of my files - it's a good thing I don't have an internet cap!

As a first step, would you mind hovering your mouse over the little Dropbox icon in your task bar, next to your WiFi? That should give us the version of the Dropbox desktop app that you've installed on your machine.
Also, can you try out these steps, and let me know if they make a difference?

Thank you for the reply.
My app version is 225.4.4896. I don't have any app overlay icons missing, and my computer is a personal device so I don't have access to Intune to manage any policies.SE1derful
