Slow sync issue after updating the desktop app to v210.4.4854.
Ive got an issue with the upgrade. Anyone else have the same problem? Slow in sync, VERY slow in making the connection and very useless box that DOES NOT tell me which files it does'nt not recognize....

There isn't a solution. The sync is slow and incomplete files are not shown on any screen, even if you have the ORIGINAL file (and you can see it) on an external drive. I will have to either seek a new computer OR find another provider.
I now have 212.4.5767

1 year agoThanks for the screenshot Road_warrior - much appreciated.
Could you try signing out from your account via the app's preferences and then back in?
If syncing gets stuck again after that, let us know and we'll reach out via email to investigate further.

Do what now?

Hi Road_warrior!
According to Microsoft, the reason for this issue could be related to antivirus programs interfering with DLL loading.
Can you take a look at the article here, to see if it helps?

Thanks Megan
The problem rectified itself, so no issues with your help screen. It was not helpful.
The program now tells me that we have "333 files unable to the sync" so how do I get to see the names of them and installed them from OUTSIDE of Dropbox?
