Sync icons no longer appear in Finder after upgrading

Hey everyone! Just to make sure we’re on the same page, can you please let me know if you’ve all already tried to reinstall your Dropbox app and also, refresh your Finder?

Also, Scissoir and Glue, can we open a ticket for you, and investigate this further by looking into your Dropbox account?

I'd love to see a screenshot of what the icons are SUPPOSED to look like in Finder. Can anyone share?

Yes. I've re-installed the app and refreshed finder. The thing that temporarily worked for me was when I granted dropbox full disk access and then restarted my system. I had the icons for a short while but then they disappeared after another system restart.

I haven't had time to do the advanced re-install yet, as I rely on large amounts of synced files and need to make sure I have time to re-download if the install clears them, but after updating the software on a mac studio display that I frequently use, the sync icons are magically back. Not sure if they'll stay but will let you know!

So you can see all these folders are synced as they have the green check mark.

wow. i definitely don't have that. and that's on Venture?

Yes. Ventura 13.3.1. I've had them showing off and on since upgrading to this OS. Will be curious to see if they stay after a system restart.
