3 years agoHey everyone! Just to make sure we’re on the same page, can you please let me know if you’ve all already tried to reinstall your Dropbox app and also, refresh your Finder?
Also, Scissoir and Glue, can we open a ticket for you, and investigate this further by looking into your Dropbox account?

Hi Nancy,
Yes. I've re-installed the app and refreshed finder. The thing that temporarily worked for me was when I granted dropbox full disk access and then restarted my system. I had the icons for a short while but then they disappeared after another system restart.
