'Syncing' stuck on Mac OSX 10.13.6

Hi    I appear to be stuck on 'Syncing'. Anything I can try?    I am on OSX 10.13.6 using Dropbox 157.4.4808     Thanks

    It randomly synced, after waiting about an hour

Hello there anonymous, sorry to hear about this.

 

I'm sorry if this is obvious, but have you restarted your computer since you first noticed this?

 

If you did and this persists, you could try fixing your hardlinks and permissions as outlined here.

 

Let me know of any updates!

    Hiccups like this can happen sometimes, especially when you have a large database that the desktop app needs to (re)structure on your device. 

     

    In any case, I'm glad to hear it's sorted now and thanks for keeping me in the loop too anonymous
