The icon of the Dropbox folder appears to be a blank page on Win11 File Explorer.
A little nuisance, but I guide myself with the icon when I am working and switching between windows. Everything else works fine. About a week ago, I don't know if there was an update, but the Dropbox folder's icon changed to what looks like a blank page. I tried to change it through properties like you usually change the icon of a folder, but the option doesn't appear. Any ideas on how to fix this? Uninstall and reinstall?

Hey Warura! Thanks for posting on our Community today.
When saying that everything else works fine, do you mean that the Dropbox app is normally syncing to our servers and to your web account? Can you please clarify its current syncing status and app version?
Have you also restarted your computer in the meantime and the Dropbox folder icon still appears the same?
Besides the Dropbox icon that's visible in your screenshot, there’s no other Dropbox-related icon appearing in the sidebar of your File Explorer, right?
Keep me in the loop for any updates.

Everything is working fine, syncs, web account, mobile devices, etc. Just that icon from the file explorer apparently changed to what seems like a blank page. The Dropbox icon is ok in the normal drive location, though. It is only glitching in the quick access part of the File Explorer, where the Dropbox also appears after installation. This has been like this for a week, I have been restarting and powering down the computer frequently, so that is not fixing the issue.

I see, thanks for clarifying that, Warura! May I ask for one more full screenshot of the entire File Explorer’s sidebar (top to bottom), just to have a clearer image of what may be happening? If there’s something irrelevant to Dropbox that you don’t want visible here, feel free to mask it first.
Please also let me know of your Dropbox app version, once you’ve checked it.

Hi again, Warura! I’m sorry for missing your last reply here.
Since it’s been a while, can you clarify the current syncing status and app version of your Dropbox app? You haven’t had any sync issues in the meantime, correct?
I'd also like to know what options appear exactly, if you click on the small arrow next to the Dropbox blank page on your screenshot.
