Trouble opening files/folders after a Windows update. The device is slow.

after a win 11 update dropbox is painfully slow opening folders and files in file explorer. on my win 10 computer there are no issues

    Not sure I understand what you are saying. Quick access always works fine, but only so many folders can be there..

    This would be so much easier with a phone conversation rather than drip...drip...drip hours apart via this site.
